Lexprompt WRITE add-on for MS Word — selecting folders to focus your search.
This short tutorial explains how to focus search on selected folder (and limit result to those folders) from MS Word.
You also can do this from the Control Panel (see tutorial on focusing search at the control panel: click here)
To select the folders for focused search, first click on the Setting tab.
Now, remove check marks from the folder you don’t want searched and add to those you do want searched.
You can expand the folder tree by clicking on the triangle to the left of the check box.
In the WRITE add-on for MS Word, you have the same folder tree and can the selections made in the add-on will match those in the control panel. See the tutorial on the add-on for more information.
